IMMEDIATE OPENINGS:
1) Marketing and Sales Representative:
Geertsma Homes Ltd. is seeking (1) full-time Marketing and Sales Representative for its Belleville location.
The environment is fast paced, requiring excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word, have strong telephone mannerisms, and be able to assist in general office administration duties. The position involves full time hours Tuesday through Saturday.
A minimum of 2 years sales and/or marketing experience and/or educational equivalent is required.
Duties
Marketing and Sales
- Assist clients through the Sales process
- Provide sales information to clients and follow-up on a regular basis
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms (Agreement of Purchase & Sale)
- Process incoming and outgoing mail including email
- Update "solds" on signage and materials as required
- Ensure all brochures and handouts are current
- Report any website updates
- Ensure model homes are clean and presentable
- Photocopy and collate marketing materials as required
- Track Prospects
- Weekly Advertising
Customer Service & Warranty Follow-up
- Co-ordinate Colour Selections, Changes to floor plans and upgrades
- PDI's and Follow-up
- Prepare Closeout and Maintenance Manuals for Closings
2) Peterborough Site Supervisor:
Geertsma Homes Ltd. is seeking a self motivated individual with relevant work experience. This is a full time position in the Peterborough area. 1 to 3 years experience in general construction would be an asset.
