GCL Developments Ltd. is the successful proponent for providing 2 turnkey LEED Canada for Homes Silver Certification Threshold affordable housing rental apartment buildings for seniors. One of these is to be located at 185 Cannifton Road in Belleville Ontario, while the other is to be located at 139 Ontario Street in Quinte West. These are being developed through the Ontario Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Extension 2009. The contributions of the CMHC, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the County of Hastings Housing Programs Branch are appreciated and recognized as vital to these projects proceeding.
